Sorry to know that you no longer want to buy our handmade accessories. Please understand that all hand-made accessories are made after receiving the order. If you want to cancel the order and apply for a refund, please raise it within 24 hours after placing the order. We will try our best to assist and arrange a refund. If the accessories have already been made, I'm sorry I may not be able to arrange a refund. The details need to be arranged according to the actual situation, please contact us if necessary.

Sorry, we are unable to arrange returns and refunds for you due to size issues, but we can try our best to arrange an exchange service for you.

If you are in Hong Kong, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. As long as there is a reasonable reason and the product is in good condition, we can try to arrange a replacement service (subject to inventory).

If you are outside Hong Kong, we are sorry that due to shipping costs, we are unable to provide any exchange, return and refund services. Please measure the size carefully before buying.
